Installing the Zoho Inventory App in G Suite

To begin using the powerful combination of Zoho Inventory and G Suite, start by logging into your G Suite account with your credentials. Navigate to the Apps section to manage your G Suite settings. Click on Marketplace Apps and search for Zoho Inventory. Install the app by clicking on the + INSTALL APP button. Once installed, locate Zoho Inventory in your application list, and click on it to launch the app. You will then have the option to create a new organization in Zoho Inventory or link an existing one to your G Suite account.

Importing Users and Contacts

After setting up the Zoho Inventory app, you can import users and contacts from your G Suite account. To import users, click on the Gear icon, select Users, and choose to import users from G Suite. You can then select the desired user and assign a role before sending the invitation. For importing contacts, navigate to the Contacts module, click on the menu icon, and select Import Contacts from G Suite. Choose the contacts to import and confirm the action. Updating contacts in Zoho Inventory is also simple, just navigate to the contact, fetch the contact from G Suite, and reimport the details.
