Whisper Shipping and Returns Guide

The items from Whisper will be shipped based on the lead time mentioned in the product description section on the website. It is crucial to check the lead time before placing an order or seeking assistance. Please be aware that inventory levels can fluctuate due to military and government procurement cycles as well as market events, which may cause processing delays.

Shipping

Standard Domestic and International orders from Whisper are shipped using UPS as the carrier. Currently, UPS is the sole shipping service available for both standard domestic and international deliveries. The shipping costs for these orders are determined by UPS during the checkout process. For international customers, Whisper does not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective. Additionally, international customers are responsible for all landing costs, including duties, taxes, and fees. In case customers refuse to pay the landing fees or accept the package, Whisper will not be responsible for the landing costs, return fees, or product refunds. Alternatively, international customers can contact the closest International Distributor for potentially more cost-effective shipping solutions. APO, DPO, and FPO orders are shipped via USPS, with a flat rate shipping cost of $15 exclusively for these addresses.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your Whisper order for any reason, you have the option to return it within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges. The returned products must be unused to qualify for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, simply Contact Whisper with your Order Number, and they will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
