Refund Process and Timeline
Current clients can request a refund within 90 days of the charged fee. Upon a valid request, refunds are typically credited to the account within approximately four weeks. It's important to note that only fees directly related to the concern will be refunded. Other charges, expenses, or market losses are not covered by the guarantee. Schwab ensures that clients receive their refund promptly and accurately.
