Stratasys 3D Printers: Green Recycling and Returns Program

Stratasys Recycling + Returns Program

Stratasys, a leading provider of 3D printers, is not only focused on additive manufacturing but also on reducing their environmental impact through their Recycling + Returns Program. This initiative aims to make 3D printing more sustainable by accepting used cartridges, canisters, spools, print engines, and containers for return or recycling. By following simple return instructions and using printable labels provided by Stratasys, users can easily participate in keeping 3D printing green and contribute to a healthier environment.

Accepted Items for Recycling

The Recycling + Returns Program by Stratasys allows users to return or recycle various items such as canisters, Eden/Connex cartridges (for the US only), and desktop printers. By looking for the recycling symbol on Stratasys packaging, users can ensure that their items are recyclable and can be responsibly disposed of through the program.

Items Not Eligible for Return

While Stratasys accepts a wide range of items for recycling, there are some items that are not eligible for return, including PolyJet waste containers. To learn more about the specific items that can be returned or recycled, users can reach out to the Stratasys team for clarification and guidance on proper disposal methods.

Global Reach and Support

Stratasys is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices globally and offers recycling and returns services in various countries such as Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, the USA, and more. For countries not listed in the program, users can contact logistics.emea@stratasys.com to inquire about recycling options in their region. Additionally, for immediate assistance or inquiries, users can contact Stratasys directly through their sales and support channels to get answers and guidance on their recycling needs.

Revolutionizing Product Design with Stratasys Full Color 3D Printers

Creating faster design prototypes

Product designers strive to achieve the best product design possible, and one effective way to do this is through rapid prototyping. Traditional rapid prototyping methods often come with high costs and long waiting times for finishes and shipping, limiting designers to just a few iterations due to budget constraints. However, switching to digital CMF modeling with a full-color 3D printer can transform this process. By utilizing a full-color 3D printer, designers can quickly and affordably create multiple CMF design model iterations without the need for external vendors, saving time and costs while protecting their intellectual property.
