Optimizing Business Solutions with Replicant's Terms of Service

Access to the Replicant Service

Replicant offers non-exclusive access to the Replicant Service during the agreed Term. Customers can access and use the service for their business needs, subject to compliance with the Terms.

End Users

Customers are responsible for ensuring that each End User has unique log-in credentials. It is crucial to maintain the confidentiality of these credentials and to ensure End Users comply with the Agreement.

Third Party Services Integration

Replicant allows integration with Third Party Services, but the responsibility for their content, availability, and actions lies with the Third Party Service providers. By connecting accounts, customers grant permission to access and use information as allowed by the Third Party Service.

Professional Services

Upon agreement, Replicant can provide Professional Services related to implementing or supporting Customer's use of the Replicant Service. These services will be outlined in a Statement of Work referencing the Agreement.

Pricing Structure and Payments

The pricing model includes the License Fee, Credits, and Professional Service Fees. Customers are billed based on usage, with late payment incurring interest charges. Customers are responsible for taxes resulting from the service's use.

Intellectual Property Rights & Restrictions

Replicant retains all intellectual property rights in the Replicant Service. Customers do not gain any rights other than those expressly granted in the Agreement. Customers grant Replicant a license to any feedback provided. Customers must not infringe on Replicant's intellectual property rights.

Customer Content Ownership

All Customer Content remains the sole property of the Customer. Replicant is not liable for this content and customers must ensure compliance with data protection regulations and ownership rights.
