Ownership and Licensing

Throughout the Trial Period and beyond, all data and intellectual property associated with the MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant remain under the ownership of the company. If subscribers decide to integrate the product into their business operations post-trial, a formal license agreement must be signed to ensure continued access to the comprehensive features and functionalities offered.

Confidentiality Commitment

To facilitate open discussions during the Trial Period, both parties agree to treat any disclosed information with strict confidentiality. The Confidential Information exchanged may encompass commercial, financial, technical, and operational details that are vital to the success of the collaboration. Parties must uphold the terms outlined in the Agreement to safeguard the integrity and privacy of such data.

Operational Assurance

MeBeBot™ pledges to maintain the trial instance's operational efficiency and reliability, although acknowledges that occasional errors may surface. Subscribers should be aware that the company does not provide guarantees or warranties for its products, websites, or trial data. Despite best efforts, unforeseen technical hiccups may arise, for which the company disclaims liability.

Subscriber's Responsibilities

As part of the Trial Agreement, subscribers vow to utilize MeBeBot products and trial data as per intended guidelines. They are also responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and following all terms and conditions outlined by the company. Additionally, subscribers must adhere to relevant laws and regulations while utilizing the company's offerings to ensure compliance and ethical usage.

Data Privacy Measures

In alignment with data privacy regulations, MeBeBot collects limited personal information from subscribers for service improvement and notification purposes. This data is strictly used internally and is not shared with unauthorized third parties. Subscribers can opt-out of receiving non-essential communications by notifying the company, demonstrating a commitment to respecting user privacy and preferences.
