Day one focuses on working with the MATLAB user interface, reading and saving data from files, creating variables, plotting data, and customizing plots. Day two delves into the analysis and visualization of vectors and matrices, performing calculations, and working with matrix data. Participants will also explore importing data as MATLAB tables, conditional data selection, and organizing data. The final day of the course emphasizes analyzing data, importing data from external sources, plotting functions, and increasing automation through programming constructs and functions.

Throughout the course, participants will achieve a multitude of learning objectives. These include gaining familiarity with the MATLAB integrated design environment and its varied user interfaces, mastering the creation and manipulation of variables, working with vectors and matrices for mathematical and statistical calculations, and understanding data visualization techniques.
