Partnership with Synova Capital

Synova Capital, a renowned private equity investor, recently completed a Management Buy-Out (MBO) of Mallcomm in November 2022. This strategic investment will fuel Mallcomm's organic growth and provide capital for strategic mergers and acquisitions, expanding the platform's capabilities, product portfolio, and geographical reach. Following the MBO, Chris Blaxall, an accomplished software industry professional, joined the Board as Executive Chair to support David Fuller-Watts and the leadership team.
