When using LANDR and Synchro Arts web services, applications, and mobile apps, you are entering into an agreement defined by the Terms of Service. This agreement covers the access and use of various goods, services, client software, and websites provided by LANDR Audio Inc. and Synchro Arts Limited. The Services offered by LANDR include the Release Service, Samples Service, and Plugins Service, as well as Projects and Network Services. To provide a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities, it is essential to review not only the Terms of Service but also the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use and Fair Usage Policy.

Agreement Terms and Conditions

By using LANDR's Services or purchasing Goods, you agree to be bound by the terms laid out in the Agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are binding that organization to these terms. It is crucial to read and understand the Agreement fully. The terms mentioned in the Agreement cover various aspects like order confirmation, contract formation, and the description of goods. If any goods are unavailable, substitutes may be provided, and you have the right to express dissatisfaction within seven days.

Account Registration and Security

Your Registration Data acts as your account credentials for acquiring, communicating, and streaming through all Services. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate Registration Data and secure your Account. Landr may utilize the provided information for billing purposes and to uphold Account security. Any unauthorized use of your Account must be reported immediately. By registering, you grant permission for contact via email or social media. Electronic communication is deemed acceptable according to the Agreement.

Your Assets and Permissions

Upon purchasing Goods, LANDR may collect information based on your behavior. Your Assets, including files and content, are exclusively yours. LANDR's limited rights enable them to provide Services like hosting, backing up, and sharing Your Assets. Your permission is essential for features like song previews, editing, and releasing. by accessing Services via a LANDR partner, certain data may be shared with them, subject to conditions listed in the Agreement. This shared information aims to enhance your experience with the Services.
