Upgraded Training Systems for M1 Abrams and High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems

Additionally, Kratos played a key role in modernizing the U.S. Army's M1 Abrams Maintenance Training System (MTS) by conducting thorough technology refreshes and systems upgrades. The MTS focuses on providing training for crucial field-level maintenance tasks required by maintenance personnel at the U.S. Army Armor School in Ft. Benning, GA. Comprising a Dialogistic and Trouble Shooting device (DT) and a HOT device, the MTS offers hands-on skill development in system operation, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, adjustments, removal/replacement, servicing, and repair tasks. Moreover, the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System Universal Fire Control Systems Advanced Maintenance Training System by Kratos is designed to provide unit and intermediate skill-level development for technicians transitioning into the HIMARS system, offering training in system familiarization, operation, fault recognition, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and handling of line replacement units (LRUs).
