The system also employs Intelligent Retransmission Protocol (IRP) to reorder packets, reduce retransmissions, and maximize bandwidth. This results in improved cloud access and optimized inter-VPC link application traffic sensitive to loss or latency.

Network Situational Awareness

With DataDefender, you gain access to detailed statistics on network conditions with sub-second reporting capabilities. This allows you to analyze network events and correlate them with protocol protection in real-time. Furthermore, you can plan network improvements based on historical trending data provided by the system.

Advanced Features

In addition to Packet Forward Error Correction (PFEC) and Intelligent Retransmission Protocol (IRP), DataDefender offers features like Latency Aware Reordering Window, Network Test Source, MTU Enforcement, Datagram Packing, UDP Frame Boundary Preservation, and Network Diversity and Multiple Consumer Architecture Support as optional add-ons.
