Shipping and Return Policies for HP Tuners VCM Suite

Domestic and International Shipping

HP Tuners processes all orders between Monday and Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM CST, with a processing time of 1-2 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 2 PM CST are processed the next business day. The company ships domestically and internationally using UPS, offering Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping options. Please note that international orders may incur import duties and taxes that are the responsibility of the customer. HP Tuners does not ship to Russia and Ukraine.

Shipping Rates and Confirmation

Shipping charges are calculated by UPS and displayed at checkout. Once an order is placed, customers receive an order confirmation email. When the status changes to 'Completed,' a second email with the UPS tracking number is sent. Customers can also view their tracking number on the 'Orders' page when logged into their HP Tuners account.

Return Policy and Hardware Returns

Digital sales are final, and customers are advised to verify products before purchase. Hardware can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with refunds after 30 days provided as a coupon code. Opened boxes cannot be returned, but if a product doesn't meet expectations, customers can contact HP Tuners for assistance. Upgraded vehicle control modules are non-returnable.

Control Module Service and Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for shipping charges for ECM/PCM/TCM services to and from HP Tuners. The shipping charge from HP Tuners to the customer only covers the return trip. Customers receive an email with a shipping form that must be included with their control module. The shipping address is provided on the service page, and customers can contact support@hptuners.com for any shipping questions.

Shipping FAQ
