These cells are specifically crafted from PolyEtherSulfone (PES) to offer a dependable and continuous means of measuring electrolytic conductivity in various light industrial settings.

Detailing the Functionality

The Directline Contacting Conductivity Cells are available in three different cell constant configurations - 0.1, 1.0, and 10.0. By providing this range, the cells cater to a wide spectrum of measurement needs. The 0.1 and 1.0 constant cells are equipped with graphite measuring electrodes, while the 10.0 constant cells come with a platinum measuring electrode, ensuring versatility in applications involving electrolytic conductivity and light industrial processes. These cells can be deployed in submersion, in-line, or flow chamber mounting setups.

Operational Mechanism

The DL4000 Contacting Conductivity Cells leverage the durability of PolyEtherSulfone (PES) to deliver excellent corrosion resistance across diverse operational environments. Furthermore, each conductivity cell is furnished with integral temperature compensators to ensure precise measurement accuracy. The cells are equipped with an integral 20-foot cable that connects to a remote connector assembly, enabling convenient plug-and-play functionality with the DirectLine Conductivity module.
