By visiting their Customer Support Centers, users can access a knowledge base, ask questions, and create support cases. The support portals are categorized based on the software used, with separate portals for utilities and telecom customers (Grid software) and all other software such as iFIX, CIMPLICITY, Proficy, APM, and OPM. Additionally, GE Digital Predix offers Support Services Plans, known as Acceleration Plans (AP). These annual subscriptions address critical product support, education, account health, and adoption needs, providing customers with deep product expertise, emergency support during critical plant situations, and the flexibility to minimize cost, impact, and risk.
