Regional Procedures for RMA Submission
Customers based in the US and Canada are advised to send their RMA requests to us-support@gdc-tech.com, while those in LATAM should direct their requests to latam-support@gdc-tech.com. For customers in other regions, an online RMA request form is available on the website. Ensure to complete all mandatory fields marked with red asterisks(*) for a smooth process.
Handling and Packaging Guidelines
It is essential to return the products using their original packaging materials to prevent any shipping damages. Special care should be taken when handling and packing GDC IMBs. Customers are encouraged to contact GDC for IMB handling and packaging guidelines to ensure the safe transport of the products.
Return Instructions and Important Notes
Upon receiving your RMA case number from GDC, further instructions will be provided to determine if the products need to be physically returned. Customers should send the products to one of GDC Technology's designated offices, clearly indicating the RMA case number on the outside of the box. It is crucial to adhere to this instruction to facilitate a smooth processing of the return.
Non-Warranty Repairs and Fees
For non-warranty replacements or repairs authorized by GDC, a fee applies. Customers are advised to contact the Customer Service team for detailed information on these charges. Additionally, the RMA request form is specified for products purchased directly from GDC Technology; customers who acquired the products through a local dealer should contact them for service inquiries.
