Enhancing Workflow with Enjo Jira Cloud Integration

Connection Steps

To integrate Jira Cloud with Enjo, start by logging into the Enjo dashboard and navigate to Settings -> Apps -> +Connect Apps -> Choose Jira. Follow the steps to add a new Jira cloud connection, enter your Jira URL, create a Jira App link, and complete the connection process by adding Consumer key and Public key. Once done, acknowledge the steps on the Enjo screen to establish the connection.

Settings

After establishing the Jira connection, you can manage it under Dashboard -> Settings -> Apps. Here, you can view the connected workspace Jira account details and have the option to delete the connection if needed.

User Mapping

Utilize the 'User Mapping' feature in Enjo to map Enjo users to Atlassian accounts within your team. This feature assists Enjo in recognizing the link between Enjo users and their corresponding Atlassian email ids. Configure user mappings by matching Enjo users with Atlassian users for seamless collaboration.

Automatic Mapping of Users

Enjo facilitates automatic mapping of Jira accounts to Enjo accounts, striving to match profiles based on confidence levels. This automation can potentially map up to 100% of the accounts, simplifying user management and maintaining user verification status.

Guest Facilitation

Enable 'Guest Facilitation' to empower unverified users with the capability to create and update Jira requests. Administrators can authorize Jira accounts for guest facilitation, ensuring that comments from guest users are attributed to the Facilitator's Account. Verify user activities with guest facilitation for enhanced collaboration.

Personal settings

Enhance your workflow by verifying your Jira account in personal settings. Only verified users can fully utilize Enjo for creating Jira tickets and performing updates efficiently. Access the 'My Account' section to manage your Jira account information, allowing seamless switching between different Jira accounts.

Use cases
