Enjo AI Agents leverage Enjo Answers to provide precise and consistent responses to customer queries. This built-in knowledge source consists of Question-based Answers for specific queries and Topic-based Answers for a broad range of question intents within a topic. Topic-based Answers act as fallback options when semantic search on Question-based Answers fails, allowing for configuration of responses to various questions.

Steps to Adding Answers

To add answers in Enjo: Log in to the Enjo Dashboard, navigate to AI Agent Studio > Knowledge tab, and click on Add Data to select Add Answers. Choose between Question-based answers or Topic-based Answers. For Question-based Answer, add the primary question, provide an answer, and optionally add question variations to improve understanding. For Topic-based Answers, select the Answer Type, fill in Topic Name, Topic Description, provide a detailed response, and include sample questions if needed.

AI Helper in Answers

The AI Helper in Enjo Answers is a tool designed to enhance the clarity and professionalism of questions and answers. It assists in generating variations of questions for effective communication. To use the AI Helper, log in to the Enjo Dashboard, navigate to AI Agent Studio > Knowledge tab, fill in your question and answer, click "Rewrite Using AI", review the AI-suggested edits, apply them, and save your changes. The AI Helper also generates question variations and provides warnings for unclear inputs.

FAQs

Enjo Answers offers both Question-Based and Topic-based Answers for different query types. Question-Based Answers focus on specific user intent, while Topic-based Answers cover a wider range of questions within a topic. Enjo AI Agents use Topic-based Answers when semantic search and Question-based Answers fail to provide a confident match, ensuring comprehensive query resolution.
