Pre-requisite: Whitelist Enjo IP addresses
Before integrating Enjo with your Confluence Server account, ensure that Enjo servers are reachable from your Confluence DC/Server host. To achieve this, you need to whitelist specific Enjo host IP addresses. For inbound connections from Enjo Servers, whitelist the IP address 44.228.165.179. For outbound connections to Enjo Servers (specifically for webhooks), whitelist the IP address 52.33.191.85 on port 443.
Connection Steps
To connect your Confluence Server account with Enjo, follow these steps: 1. Log in to the Enjo dashboard and navigate to Settings - Apps. 2. Click on 'Connect Apps' and select 'Confluence Server'. 3. Click on 'Add New' and choose whether you want to connect via API token or Basic Auth. For API token connection, provide the Confluence URL and proceed to the Atlassian Account Page to generate and authorize a token. For Basic Auth connection, input the Confluence account username and password. Once authorized, your Confluence Server account is successfully connected to Enjo.
