Null Mehrwertsteuersatz für Solaranlagen

Ein bedeutender Schritt in der deutschen Solarenergiepolitik war die Einführung eines Mehrwertsteuersatzes von 0% für die Lieferung und Installation von Solarmodulen ab dem 1. Januar 2023. Diese Regelung erstreckt sich auf verschiedene Anlagen, von Photovoltaikanlagen für Einfamilienhäuser bis zu gewerblichen Anlagen bis zu 30 kW. Für Mehrfamilienhäuser erstreckt sich die Steuerbefreiung auf Anlagen bis zu 15 kW pro Einheit und maximal 100 kW pro Gebäude. Diese Maßnahme senkt die Anfangskosten von Solaranlagen, was sie für Hausbesitzer und Unternehmen erschwinglicher macht. Die niedrigeren Kosten machen Solarenergieprojekte attraktiver und finanziell praktikabler, was wiederum die Akzeptanz erneuerbarer Energien fördert.
