If anyone experiences or witnesses behavior that is harassing, unsafe, or unwelcome, prompt reporting is essential. eMoney Representatives are encouraged to contact the People Experience team, their manager, or the Employee Hotline in line with company policies. Clients should follow their company's internal protocols and also reach out to eMoney Customer Support. Particularly at eMoney events, any inappropriate behavior should be reported immediately to an eMoney staff member or through the Customer Support hotline. Quick reporting is key to maintaining a safe environment for all participants.

Enforcement Measures

eMoney reserves the right to take decisive action against individuals who violate the Code of Conduct. Enforcement actions may include issuing warnings, terminating communication, expelling offenders from events without refunds, or even terminating a client's eMoney subscription. For eMoney Representatives, consequences for misconduct can range from disciplinary actions to termination of employment.
