Creatio's support services include self-service options such as access to the Creatio Community, the Creatio Academy, and the Knowledge Base in the self-service portal. Customers can communicate with the support team through various channels like the Customer Success Portal, email, phone, and even live screen sharing/co-browsing sessions. This range of services ensures that customers can choose the most convenient way to receive assistance.

Tailored Consultations and Development Services

Customers can benefit from tailored consultations on various aspects like business process management, system interface, business logic, analytics, reporting, and system administration, specifically designed for citizen developers. Creatio also provides notifications on new releases and critical security updates, allowing customers to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements. Additionally, customers can test early bird releases before the production update and receive individual updates schedules.

Flexible Support Packages

Creatio offers three support packages: Basic, Business, and Premium, each tailored to meet different customer needs. These packages vary in terms of services offered, response times, and cost percentages relative to the subscription cost. Customers can choose the package that best suits their requirements, ensuring that they receive the level of support they need. The support team also guarantees resolution times, individual proactive monitoring 24/7, and case priority management.

Additional Terms and Conditions

When purchasing a software subscription, it is mandatory to also acquire a support package throughout the entire subscription period. Support packages are valid for a minimum of one year for all products used by the client and cannot be purchased for only a portion of Creatio products. Pricing excludes taxes and fees as required by law. Furthermore, requests to the tech support team can only be made by authorized contacts based on the customer agreement.
