If you need to return an item for repair, replacement, or refund, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the customer service agent. This number should be clearly marked on the package to facilitate the process. Without the RMA number, COBB Tuning will not be able to process your return efficiently. Additionally, COBB Tuning offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all COBB Tuning branded products. If you purchased a product directly from COBB Tuning and are dissatisfied with its performance, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Product Returns and Warranty Claims Process
For any issues with COBB products, customers can contact the customer support team via phone or email for assistance. Moreover, customers are encouraged to check the user manuals available on the COBB Tuning website for technical information and quick answers to common queries. In case you still have trouble resolving an issue, contacting COBB Tuning's support team is the next step. The company offers a 12-month limited warranty on components manufactured by COBB Tuning or sold under the COBB brand against defects in materials and workmanship. To initiate a warranty claim, customers need to contact COBB Tuning and provide their invoice number for verification. If the component is found to be defective within the warranty period, COBB Tuning will repair, replace, or issue credit at their discretion.
Shipping Errors, Damaged Shipments, and International Orders
In the event of a shipping error or receiving damaged shipments, customers should inspect packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person and make damage claims with the freight carrier within three days of receiving the items. COBB Tuning insures orders over $100 but is not responsible for damages incurred during transit. For incorrect items received due to COBB Tuning's error, the company will cover shipping costs for returns and replacements. International orders are subject to duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by the governing bodies, and customers are solely responsible for these charges. COBB Tuning will not reimburse or compensate for any additional fees incurred during international shipments.
