This score rose to 91% from 87% in October, approaching the high of 93% seen in August. The enhanced inventory management and streamlined purchase process resulted in three out of five car buyers finding the car they wanted in stock, a substantial increase from the previous month.

Another key aspect where CDK Global's solutions shined in November was in facilitating test drives and financial negotiations. Nearly nine out of 10 buyers reported that it was easy to take a test drive, a significant increase from the previous month. While there were positive movements in price negotiations, agreeing on the trade-in value posed a challenge to buyers in November. However, respondents appreciated dealerships being transparent about pricing and providing great financing options.

Sales were up, despite the increased volume of deals, showcasing dealers' ability to deliver a satisfactory experience to customers.
