Subsequent funding rounds, including a Series A transaction in 2011 and a Series B deal in 2013, further solidified Brightpearl's position as a key player in the business management sector.

Brightpearl's strategic moves in 2020 and 2021 highlighted its commitment to innovation and expansion. A notable partnership with Sage, a leader in cloud business management solutions, saw a $23 million investment into Brightpearl. The acquisition of Inventory Planner in 2021 further enhanced Brightpearl's technology offering, showcasing its dedication to providing advanced solutions for e-commerce retailers.
