User Eligibility and Agreement

To utilize the Services, users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to form a binding contract. By accessing or using the Services, users agree to be bound by these Terms. Any individual registering for an Account must be at least 18 years old. If agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a third party, users must have the right to bind the entity to these Terms.

Access and Usage

Users can access the Services by clicking on agreements like 'I Agree' or 'Apply Rebates'. These Terms control any inconsistency with other related materials. The Services are designed for individuals seeking insights and strategies regarding their energy consumption, utilizing data from Energy Usage Data and the Energy Dashboard.

Marketplace Features

Uplight's online Marketplace offers a platform for Users to purchase listed Products. These purchases can be directly through Uplight or via Merchants. Products may be eligible for rebates based on Rebate Requirements, which users must confirm. Uplight shares purchase-related data with Merchants and uses it for marketing purposes in adherence to the Privacy Policy.

Payment Processing

For Direct Purchases, users are billed through credit cards or other payment methods. Payment processing services on the Services are provided by entities like Shopify, subject to their respective terms and conditions. Uplight charges users back if rebates applied are found to be ineligible, with no liability on Uplight for this charge-back.
