The situation
For years, this fuel hauler planned its deliveries by hand. Dispatchers watched tank readings across every station, decided when to order and built routes, mostly from knowledge held by a few experienced people. When a reading was missed, nobody created an order, and stations ran out of fuel.

What changed
AiDOOS built AutoDispatch, a system that runs the job from tank reading to delivery. It tracks every tank, predicts when it will run out, creates the orders and plans dispatch a full week ahead. It forecasts each station's use, predicts real travel times, times deliveries around overnight price changes and pairs outbound and return trips.
Dispatchers stopped chasing readings. Now they review and approve the plan.
The result
A team of 4 now does the work of 17, and runouts are near zero. That reliability became a sales advantage: the company is winning more stations from global fuel brands without adding dispatchers.
