Problem
To manage the Microsoft Dynamics AX day-to-day operations and to implement ongoing business asks, they had been partnered with an IT consulting company. This was all okay however the quality, turnaround the IT partner was providing were not matching the expectations and also were not in tune with the billing rates. They tried to communicate the issues and were hoping that things would get better but that was not the case. Hence they closed the partnership and have been searching for a new IT partner. They have posted the requirement on multiple forums and have received responses from multiple IT consulting firms. The core team of ABC started the discussions with the consulting firms.
