Transportation Supervisor

As a Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing transportation staff, participating in meetings, monitoring vehicle safety compliance, overseeing scheduling of transportation services, and ensuring maintenance and safety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transportation staff: hiring, training, supervising, mentoring
• Participate in IDT meetings with prep, active engagement, follow-up
• Monitor vehicle safety compliance and PMI; verify vendor maintenance schedules
• Oversee scheduling of transportation services for efficiency and satisfaction
• Oversee maintenance and safety of vehicles (lift vans, ADA minibuses, ambulatory)

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required
• 4+ years in public/private transportation
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license: 5+ years, max 1 moving violation or 1 at-fault in 3 years
• DMV pull notice, random drug/alcohol testing, pass background check and DOT exam
