Design and support thermal control assemblies for the Raptor engine. Maintain temperature of components across 70–5000K fluids. Create CAD drawings, analyses, and component specs. Lead root-cause investigations across development, production, test, and launch. Develop manufacturable, high-reliability flow control devices. Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, testing, and flight teams. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics. 1+ years designing thermal systems via work or projects. Experience with heat transfer and modeling (FEA/CFD). Experience with electronics cooling (heat sinks, phase-change, liquid cooling). Strong leadership, collaboration, and cross-team communication.
