Job Overview

Seeking a Principal Technology Strategist to architect and lead the next-gen sample accessioning and triage automation project. The role involves defining end-to-end workflow tracking for real-time sample status and modernizing workflow orchestration across sites. This position requires collaboration with Lab Ops to identify automation opportunities and integrate software and robotics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Architect next-gen sample accessioning and triage with automation.
• Define End-to-End Workflow Tracking for real-time sample status.
• Lead Workflow Orchestration modernization with a metadata-driven engine.
• Partner with Lab Ops to identify automation opportunities and integrate software and robotics.
• Architect the Digital Bridge between LIMS and EMR/RCM/CX data flows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software architecture (LIMS/Healthcare IT).
• Experience in designing high-volume sample lifecycles (Accessioning, Triage, Orchestration).
• Expertise in Enterprise Integration Patterns for EMR/RCM integrations.
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated software and CSV for complex integrations.
