Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engine, APU, and landing gear records.
  • Reconcile discrepancies with external repair vendors and OEMs.

  • Ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Aircraft Records.
  • Be on-call after hours for maintenance discrepancy issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Authorized to work in the US; must pass a criminal background check.
  • A minimum of three years in Allegiant Records or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of FAA ADs, IPCs, Service Bulletins, and FARs related to aircraft recordkeeping.
  • Proficient in AIS, TRAX eMRO, AMOS, Flydocs, and AirVault.
