Apply technical understanding of Cybersecurity in a hands-on role, driving security programs and providing TPM support. Coordinate and track services provided by the security team and assist with enforcement security requirements. Manage demand intake, triage, and prioritization of Security service requests. Define and manage dependencies on external teams to improve security posture. Partner with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to provide evidence to auditors demonstrating efficacy of security controls. 5+ years of Cybersecurity experience in a Technical Program Manager role in a fast-paced, SaaS software company. Understanding of cybersecurity principles, including Network Security, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Application Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM). d with service management and process engineering. Successful at using a data-driven approach to track service performance and influence decision making. managing cross-functional, large-scale technical security programs, including Security Vulnerability Program, Security Exceptions Program, and Bug Bounty Program. Familiar with security tooling and system integrations. leading an External Penetration Test end-to-end, managing the vendor, defining and prioritizing work, writing customer-facing reports, and having technical conversations with cross-functional teams to remediate the findings. Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Pay range: $130K - $170K Incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation based on skills, qualifications, location, and experience.
