Technical Operations Manager

Provide technical assistance and solutions during troubleshooting of product formulations while maintaining food safety. Develop SOPs and technical documents for manufacturing and quality control processes. Train production teams on new equipment and process operations. Manage Technical Transfer with QA, Operations, R&D, Marketing and Regulatory/Compliance. Lead investigations to determine root cause of out-of-spec products or processes; define CAPAs. Lead scale-up from bench to pilot to production for new launches and improvements. Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Eng, 7-10 years in related field. 7-10 years direct hands-on ops/production in food/CPG. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing methods and equipment. Ability to communicate with management clearly and timely. Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Willing to travel to U.S. manufacturing sites.
