Project-manager at heart; owned end-to-end people programs and drove adoption. Builds fast; turns strategy into actionable tools and templates; focuses on adoption. Systems- and measurement-minded; designs for scale and measurable outcomes. Has started applying AI to work; uses AI tools to improve workflows or decision-making.
