  • Proven track record in building and scaling recruiting functions.
  • Deep expertise in both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Strong influence and partnership skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in AI applications for sourcing, screening, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executives and recruiters.
