Supply Chain Buyer

Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely material delivery Track order status, confirm deliveries, and follow up with vendors on lead times Maintain data in ERP/MRP systems, including pricing, lead times, and supplier information Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing to support material needs and production schedules Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers Assist in resolving delivery delays, shortages, and quality issues with vendors Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning Assist onboarding and setup of new suppliers as needed Identify opportunities to improve purchasing workflows and data accuracy Assist with cost tracking and support cost reduction initiatives where applicable 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain Experience in manufacturing or hardware environment (electromechanical preferred) Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and purchasing workflows Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Effective communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external vendors Able to manage multiple priorities and keep track of many open orders simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Competitive cash and equity compensation Health & wellness stipend 401k, parental leave Flexible PTO, commuter benefits Company-wide events and more
