Monitor and process daily inventory transactions, including goods receipts, warehouse transfers, inventory production adjustments and finished good receipts to ensure system accuracy. Ensure every batch record is produced for all sites for all bulk and packaged goods. Reconcile cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigating the root causes of discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Create and maintain routine reports on all inventory to ensure transactions have posted appropriately and there are no discrepancies. Audit 'master data' to prevent downstream errors in procurement and production. Work cross functionally with planning, CMOs, quality and OPS to reconcile completed batches and transact them to completion in the ERP. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain position. Basic understanding of inventory modules in D365 F&O ERP. High proficiency with Excel tools such as PivotTables and VLOOKUPs. Familiarity with SQL or Power BI is preferred. Extreme attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
