The Subcontractor Sourcing Lead is responsible for sourcing qualified subcontractors in both active and emerging markets. This role involves addressing gaps that impact work order execution and ensuring compliance with necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify subcontractors in various markets.
  • Close gaps affecting work order execution.
  • Vet subcontractor licensing, insurance, safety, and trade certifications.
  • Qualify labor rates and ensure pricing alignment.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes with Sales, ASG, and Operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive trade and geography coverage database.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in facilities management, vendor management, or trade sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and multi-trade services.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms such as Salesforce, Service Titan, Corrigo, or Fexa.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
