As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing executive relationships with Strategic and Regional Systems Integrators (SIs) to drive revenue growth through joint business plans and co-sell engagements.

Own executive relationships with SIs
Develop and execute multiyear joint business plans
Drive pipeline through co-sell engagements
Activate SIs early in enterprise cycles
Build account strategies with AEs and partner leaders
Lead executive QBRs and strategic planning with partners
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven track record in driving multimillion-dollar revenue through SIs
Experience in building and scaling strategic alliances in competitive SaaS
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
Demonstrated success in revenue accountability or quota ownership
Ability to navigate complex organizations with discipline
Strong commercial and negotiation acumen
