Staff Software Engineer - Behavior Planning

Develop real-time robotic algorithms for safe, comfortable trajectories. Design, develop, and implement production-grade C++/Python software for the Aurora Driver. Contribute to engineering best practices; lead architecture for trajectory evaluation. Drive ambitious technical projects across behavior planning and autonomy teams. Master’s Degree in ML, Robotics, Applied Math, or related. 5 years of robotics or related experience. Deep domain expertise in autonomous driving and software engineering. Strong C++ and Python programming and software design. Experience with CUDA and PyTorch. Design, build, and productionize motion planning algorithms. Hybrid work environment (in-office 3 days/week).
