Sr. RFIC Design Engineer

Join our team as a Sr. RFIC Design Engineer in Silicon Engineering where you will be responsible for designing, simulating, and modeling RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
• Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits
• Develop Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS
• Collaborate with system architects to partition functions between hardware and software
• Perform IC floor planning and layout

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer engineering, or computer science
• 5+ years RF IC experience
• MS or PhD in electrical/computer engineering with RF/Analog/Mixed-signal emphasis (preferred)
• Experience with Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum
• Circuit design skills for PLLs, VCOs, oscillators, mixers, filters, LNA, PA
