Sr. Product Designer II

Lead end-to-end design across initiatives from concept to delivery. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups balancing user needs and business goals. Champion a cohesive, scalable design language and contribute to the design system. Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and high-fidelity implementation. Mentor junior designers and influence product direction with cross-functional teams. 10+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, incl. e-commerce. Strong portfolio with UX/UI work in shopping/e-commerce. Proven ability to balance user needs, business impact, and complexity. Strong interaction and visual design skills with modern UI craft.
