As a Sr. Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing hardware compliance for global product launches and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will work closely with regulatory bodies, support inspections, and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hardware compliance for global product launches
• Research and stay up-to-date with regulatory standards
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and support inspections
• Provide on-site lab support, setup, and test verification
• Document compliance with EN/IEC/ UL/NOM standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 10+ years in hardware development
• 10+ years in regulatory processes
• Experience with CE, NOM, UL, ATEX, and related standards
• Hands-on cellular and wireless tech experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical test reports
