Required Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree/Diploma in Business or HR required
CCP certification or progress toward it strongly preferred
6+ years progressive compensation experience in large/multi-location org
Experience with surveys, job evaluation methods, incentives
Knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, market pricing, HRIS/compensation systems, Excel, and data analysis
