Servicing Operations Specialist

Monitor and review borrower insurance (Hazard, Flood) documents Manage delinquent property tax review and payment Partial release processing, reconveyance, lien releases, and CEMA requests Manage loss draft process and release of insurance claim funds Coordinate with borrower, custodian, investors to resolve documentation issues Document all customer interactions in Kiavi’s system of record Rapid context switching across insurance, taxes, liens, and related tasks Prioritize large workloads by importance and deadlines Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office, esp.
