Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences. Develop training materials including modules, playbooks, practice tasks, and assessments. Build remote learning programs for distributed teams and train-the-trainer sessions. 5+ years in training program management, L&D, or instructional design. Experience designing training for large technical operational workforces. Experience supporting large-scale, globally distributed teams. Experience building remote and asynchronous learning programs. Strong content development: docs, modules, assessments. Experience defining and tracking training effectiveness KPIs. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 2-4 weeks per year.
