As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from screening candidates to negotiating offers. Your expertise will guide hiring managers through effective interviewing techniques and process improvements, while you collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-life cycle recruiting: screening, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships.
  • Handle high-volume requisitions; review candidate data and ensure qualifications.
  • Assess candidates for culture fit, competencies, and skills; synthesize feedback.
  • Own the closing process: offers, negotiation, and acceptance.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and process improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop data-driven sourcing and hiring strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in-house.
  • Experience with ATS (Lever preferred); UltiPro/UKG a plus.
  • Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple functional areas; senior or highly technical roles preferred.
  • Multi-location and/or global hiring experience preferred.
