Design and build core experimentation and rollout infra. Build feature flags, progressive rollouts, and canary deployments. Collaborate with Data Science to enable scalable statistical methods. Collaborate with product, infra, and research to embed experiments in lifecycles. Lead major initiatives shaping architecture and evolution of launch infra. Strong experience building internal tooling infra (data/experimentation platforms, flags). Enjoy systems that boost developer speed and platform UX. Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems. Own complex problems end-to-end and drive cross-team architecture. Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with big impact.
