Shape and drive the AI for Developers strategy with ownership. Make pragmatic architectural decisions balancing ambition and constraints. Stay current on evolving AI tooling; balance innovation with impact. Champion teams to adopt new AI capabilities in daily workflows. Champion engineering excellence with high quality code and reliable systems. Participate in on-call rotations and drive platform reliability. 5+ years industry experience or equivalent depth. Experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms at scale. Hands on AI in real world software development challenges. Able to ramp quickly in new domains and languages; continuous learning. Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, or Kotlin. Bachelors and/or Masters degree or equivalent experience.
