Own GD’s impact learning agenda for LLS programs, with Product Leads and M&E staff. Develop and advance organizational learning for LLS, aligning with TOC. Define measurement and analysis best-practices for LLS; lead org-wide M&E standards. Support LLS product design through primary analysis and evidence reviews. Lead strategic impact evaluations and research across multiple countries. Experience leading M&E learning agendas and impact evaluations. Strong knowledge of Theory of Change and indicators. Proven ability to manage cross-country research partnerships. Skilled in data analysis and research design. Excellent cross-functional communication with product and programs.
